October 2009 - Placer County - Client charged with possession of a deadly weapon and possession of marijuana over 28.5 grams. Filed motion to suppress for unlawful search and seizure. Case dismissed.
November 2009 - Placer County - Client charged with hit and run and driving on a suspended license. Filed motion to dismiss for violation of his speedy trial right. Case dismissed.
December 2009 - Placer County - Client charged with domestic violence, trespassing and child abuse charges. Set for jury trial. Found NOT GUILTY on two charges, hung on the other. Client resolved for disturbing the peace and a class.
January 2010 - Placer County - Client charged with resisting arrest and violating his probation in multiple cases. Set for jury trial and a violation of probation hearing. Jury found him NOT GUILTY and judge found him not in violation of his probation.
February 2010 - Placer County - Client charged with drug charges. Filed motion to suppress the evidence. Motion granted.
February 2010 - Placer County - Client charged with hit and run, set for trial - dismissed.
March 2010 - Placer County - DUI for drugs and alcohol. Jury trial - NOT GUILTY.

April 2011 - Placer County - Client charged with DUI with injury, with a great bodily injury allegation, making it a serious and violent strike. Filed a motion to reduce the charge to a misdemeanor pursuant to Penal Code section 17(b). Motion granted.
July 2011 - Placer County - DUI for driving on prescription medications - Hung jury, then case dismissed.
August 2011 - Placer County - DUI - Hung jury, then case dismissed.
October 2011 - Placer County - DUI - Jury trial - NOT GUILTY.
October 2011 - Placer County - DUI - Jury trial - NOT GUILTY.
November 2011 - Placer County - Client charged with domestic violence with multiple priors. DA wants him to serve 8 months jail time. Set for jury trial. NOT GUILTY on one count, hung on the other. Case dismissed.
April 2012 - Placer County - Client charged with domestic violence, set for trial - dismissed.
May 2012 - Placer County - Client charged with domestic violence, vandalism and destroying a phone line, set for trial - dismissed.
May 2012 - Placer County - The DMV suspended client's license for violations of her ignition interlock device agreement. Filed petition for review in superior court to reinstate her license. Hearing on petition granted; driver's license reinstated.
August 2012 - San Joaquin County - Client charged with third - time DUI in ten years and driving on a suspended license. Filed motion to suppress for unlawful stop. Motion granted, case dismissed.
November 2012 - Placer County - Client charged with two domestic violence counts and one child endangerment count. Set for jury trial. Two counts - NOT GUILTY verdicts, one count - hung 11 - 1 for not guilty. Case dismissed.
January 2013 - Sacramento County - Client charged with two misdemeanors. Case dismissed with an infraction and fine.
February 2013 - Placer County - Client charged with assault with great bodily injury (serious and violent strike). Hung jury, case dismissed.
March 2013 - Sacramento County - Hired for pre - file investigation. Investigation completed, DA declines to prosecute.
March 2013 - Placer county - Client charged with felony elder abuse and criminal threats. Set for trial - dismissed the day trial set to begin.
March 2013 - Sacramento County - Client charged with hit and run and driving on a suspended license - resolves for infraction for fine only.
July 2013 - Placer County - Client has multiple felony and misdemeanor convictions. Filed expungements under Penal Code section 1203.4 and a Certificate of Rehabilitation - Motion granted. Awaiting pardon.
July 2013 - Sacramento County - Client charged with providing false information to a police officer and making a false police report - dismissed with a class.
July 2013 - Placer County - Client convicted of multiple residential burglaries many years ago. Filed Certificate of Rehabilitation - Certificate granted. Awaiting pardon.
September 2013 - Placer County - Client charged with multiple drug charges with priors. Jury trial - two NOT GUILTY verdicts, two charges DISMISSED.
February 2014 - Placer County - Client charged with possession for sales of more than 57 grams of methamphetamine. Statute requires prison for conviction of this amount.  Case dismissed with an admission to his violation of probation and credit time served.
March 2014 - Placer County - Client charged with unlawful taking of a vehicle. Case dismissed after investigation.
April 2014 - Glenn County - Client charged with driving on suspended license with priors. Filed motion to dismiss for violation of speedy trial right - resolved for infraction and $175 fine.
April 2014 - Sacramento County - Client's license suspended for being a negligent operator. Set for a negligent operator hearing. Suspension overturned, license reinstated.
April 2014 – Sacramento County – Client charged with petty theft. Client had potential immigration consequences if found guilty. Case dismissed.
August 2014 – Sacramento County – Client pled to a DUI.  In order to keep employment, we filed a motion to dismiss pursuant to Penal Code 1203.4.  Motion granted, case dismissed.
November 2014 – Sacramento County – Client charged with petty theft. After counseling and a class, Case Dismissed.
December 2014 – Sacramento County – Client granted private home monitoring for entire sentence. Felony reduced to misdemeanor pursuant to Proposition 47.
January 2015 – Sacramento County – Client charged with manufacturing a controlled substance, a felony. Case dismissed.
January 2015 – Placer County – Client charged with multiple drug related felonies, including transportation and possession for sales. Filed motion to suppress the evidence for an illegal search. Case dismissed.
February 2015 – Sacramento County – Client charged with misdemeanor hit and run. Conducted investigation and engaged in negotiation showing client acted under duress. Misdemeanor dismissed, client resolves for infraction and a fine.
March 2015 – Placer County – Client charged with two counts of Penal Code section 288 – lewd acts with a child under 14 years of age, both serious/violent strikes. Case dismissed.
April 2015 – Placer County – Client charged with possession for sale of marijuana. Case dismissed.
May 2015 – Sacramento County – Client charged with cultivation and possession for sale of marijuana. Case dismissed.
May 2015 – Placer County – Client charged with unlawful taking a vehicle. Case dismissed.
July 2015 – Placer County – Client charged with possession for sale of narcotics. Case dismissed.
July 2015 – Placer County – Client charged with possession for sale of marijuana. Sales charged dismissed; client pled to misdemeanor.
October 2015 – Sacramento County – Client prosecuted for criminal threats, a felony strike, and stalking, a felony, with a prior strike. He was also charged with violating a criminal protective order, as a misdemeanor. Jury found him not guilty of all felony charges.
December 2015 – Sacramento County – Client charged with child endangerment as a felony. Case dismissed.
January 2016 – Placer County – Client charged with 4 felonies related to gun possession. Motion to reduce all charges to misdemeanors by Judge; Granted.
January 2016 – Sacramento County – Client had license suspended due to a DUI arrest. Conducted DMV hearing. Hearing won; client retains license.
February 2016 – Sacramento County – Client arrested for DUI and license suspended due to the arrest. No charges filed; DMV hearing won. 
February 2016 - Sacramento County - Client charged with 3 counts of assault with deadly weapon (strike offenses), one great bodily injury allegation, and 3 hate crime allegations. Jury trial - hung jury. All hate crime allegations dismissed; client resolved for non-strike.
February 2016 - Sacramento County - Client charged with DUI after an accident and a .19 blood alcohol content. Jury trial - not guilty on all charges. 
June 2016 - Placer County - Client charged with multiple counts of resisting arrest. Jury trial - Client found not guilty on all counts. 
September 2016 - Sacramento County - Client charged with assault with a deadly weapon (a strike offense) and felony domestic violence. Client resolved for a misdemeanor exhibiting a weapon for no in custody time. 
September 2016 - Sacramento County - Client charged with multiple counts of possession of drugs for sale. Motion to suppress the evidence for an unlawful search - Granted.
November 2016 - Sacramento County - Client charged with battery causing serious bodily injury, a strike offense. Case dismissed at preliminary hearing.
 January 2017 - Sacramento County - Client charged with robbery, a strike. Case dismissed on the day of trial.
February 2017 - Sacramento County - Client charged with gun possession and a gang enhancement, a strike offense. Motion to suppress the evidence granted; case dismissed.
April 2017 - Sacramento County - Client charged with manufacturing honey oil and child endangerment. Case dismissed.
May 2017 - Sacramento County - Client charged with maintaining a place where drugs are sold, a felony. Case dismissed.
August 2017 - Sacramento County- Client charged with first degree burglary, a strike. Strike dismissed at preliminary hearing.
June 2017 - Placer County - Client charged with seven counts of identity theft, all felonies. Case dismissed.
August 2017 - Sacramento County - Client charged with car theft, a felony. Case dismissed.
April 2018 - Sacramento County - Client charged with residential burglary, a strike, and a violation of probation. Case dismissed.
