- November 2012 - Placer County - Client charged with two domestic violence counts and one child endangerment count. Set for jury trial. Two counts - NOT GUILTY verdicts, one count - hung 11 - 1 for not guilty. Case dismissed.
- January 2013 - Sacramento County - Client charged with two misdemeanors. Case dismissed with an infraction and fine.
- February 2013 - Placer County - Client charged with assault with great bodily injury (serious and violent strike). Hung jury, case dismissed.
- March 2013 - Sacramento County - Hired for pre - file investigation. Investigation completed, DA declines to prosecute.
- March 2013 - Placer county - Client charged with felony elder abuse and criminal threats. Set for trial - dismissed the day trial set to begin.
- March 2013 - Sacramento County - Client charged with hit and run and driving on a suspended license - resolves for infraction for fine only.

- February 2014 - Placer County - Client charged with possession for sales of more than 57 grams of methamphetamine. Statute requires prison for conviction of this amount. Case dismissed with an admission to his violation of probation and credit time served.
- March 2014 - Placer County - Client charged with unlawful taking of a vehicle. Case dismissed after investigation.
- April 2014 - Glenn County - Client charged with driving on suspended license with priors. Filed motion to dismiss for violation of speedy trial right - resolved for infraction and $175 fine.
- April 2014 - Sacramento County - Client's license suspended for being a negligent operator. Set for a negligent operator hearing. Suspension overturned, license reinstated.
- April 2014 – Sacramento County – Client charged with petty theft. Client had potential immigration consequences if found guilty. Case dismissed.
- August 2014 – Sacramento County – Client pled to a DUI. In order to keep employment, we filed a motion to dismiss pursuant to Penal Code 1203.4. Motion granted, case dismissed.

- February 2016 – Sacramento County – Client arrested for DUI and license suspended due to the arrest. No charges filed; DMV hearing won.
